A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed.
Biocompatible titanium screws are surgically placed into the jawbone and act as the new root of your tooth. Some time will need to pass so the bone fuses with the titanium screws, allowing for a tight, lasting foundation.
Composite bonding is a way to repair chipped, cracked, decayed, discolored, misshapen, and gapped teeth. During the procedure, anesthesia won’t be required unless bonding is being used for cavities.
